Moving Pictures
From $55 | 2 Font Family by Jeff Levine Fonts
Hand lettering often was the choice over metal typography for numerous ads, logos and headlines found within magazines published prior to the 1940s.
For example, the July 30, 1920 issue of Moving Picture World had its cover title pen rendered in a wide, extra bold serif style with rounded terminals and Art Nouveau influences.
This served as the model for Moving Pictures JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.
