Opa-locka JNL is named for a small community in MIami-Dade Country that (prior to the devastating hurricane of 1926) was planned as an "Arabian Nights" community for the well-off.  Many of the existing building from that time carry the influence of Mideastern architecture, and this type design also reflects that period and style
