Bold hand lettering with rounded corners and varying character widths was found within the World Film Corporation ad in the July 7, 1915 issue of Motion Picture News.

The overall design of the lettering foretells future type styles like Eurostyle and Microgramma, but also shows a touch of what would become the futuristic/techno style of the late 1970s and early 1980s.
