For decades, Samuel Welo's 'Studio Handbook for Artists and Advertisers' was a source of inspiration for sign painters, graphic artists and designers. In later years, many digital revivals of Welo's hand lettered typography have been made available.

Western Trail JNL is the latest member of such digital fonts, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.
